- HOW TO LOG ON

Slide the toggle to the right (green) in order to log on. Then enter your phone number and press button.

- WHEN YOUR PHONE RINGS
When a customer selects you, your phone will ring. When you answer the phone call you'll immediately be prompted to press 1 on your phone's keypad to "accept" this reading. To decline the reading simply press any other key on your phone's keypad. If you press "1" to accept the reading, it is essential to keep holding and listening to the on-hold music until:
1) CUSTOMER CARD DECLINED: music stops & you're instantly disconnected
2) CUSTOMER CARD APPROVED: music stops & you hear the client’s voice
A client will usually only take between 5 seconds to 120 seconds to pay, during which you are on-hold listening to music. Sometimes a customer may try various different credit cards until one is finally approved, obviously this would cause your waiting time with the holding music to be increased. Once you hear the customer's voice, make sure you try to finish the 20 minute session, otherwise head office has to organize a partial refund to the customer's card and also a partial payment to you for that reading.
- CUSTOMERS CAN EXTEND THE READING
At the end of a 20 minute session the customer may choose to extend for another 20 minute block. So you'll always need to wait with the on-hold music for 20 to 30 seconds before you hangup to ensure that you don't hang-up on a customer who is BUSY entering a different credit card number in order to extend of the session. Most customers just use the same card number to extend, so it only takes 5 seconds. Another way to tell: if you see the blue border around the edge of your photo at psychic.gift/availability.asp disappear then you are safe to hang up.
- WHEN A CALL DROPS OUT DURING A READING
Sometimes a customer “drop out” before the 20 minutes has been completed. A drop out can occur for a few reasons:
1. the client’s phone signal became too weak
2. the client’s phone battery dies on them
3. the client has some emergencyWhenever that particular customer calls back, the system will say to them "you have X minutes available to you". Those free minutes are only available if they select you again as their reader. Upon selecting you to complete their unfinished reading, they won't be prompted to enter any card details. If the customer never chooses to finish their incomplete reading, head office will automatically refund any remaining minutes onto their card within 3 days and ultimately pay you for only the completed ratio of time.
- PAYDAY IS SUNDAY
Payment is every Sunday. You are paid for all readings carried-out the previous week (Saturday midnight until Saturday midnight) Autralian Eastern Standard Time. Australian readers are paid AU$17.00 per reading and USA readers are paid USD $12.00. We will also email you a weekly report showing a complete breakdown of historical payments. Your accounting is that of a "contractor', discuss with your accountant once a year to discuss any possible deductions.
- HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU LOG ON?
You can log on at any time whenever you feel like doing some readings. You can set your own hours and also set your own vacation time.

The customer pre-pays for a 20 minute session. If a call drops out for some reason, the customer will choose you again as their reader and the system won't charge them to finish any remaining minutes with you.
